Window

We accept return and exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery. Please write to us at hello@eclipselifestyle.in or WhatsApp us at +91 87961 03799 within this window to initiate your request.


Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer — you may either arrange your own courier back to us or we can guide you through the process. Please inform us before dispatching so we can confirm availability and provide the correct address.


Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 24 hours of delivery in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be initiated promptly from our end. Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Damaged or Defective Items

Every order at Eclipse goes through a human quality check before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we request you to record an unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel. Claims for damaged items without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

If you have a valid unboxing video showing damage, please share it with us immediately at hello@eclipselifestyle.in or via WhatsApp and we will resolve it on priority.


Before You Ship Anything Back

Please do not dispatch any item without confirming with us first. Unreported returns cannot be tracked or processed. Always reach out before sending — we'll confirm receipt details and ensure your return is handled smoothly.
